The challenge
FENIX wanted to digitize their whole delivery cycle at once: AI-assisted quoting, a site-measurement app, automated CAD-to-fabrication, production scheduling, and a customer portal.
Our approach
The key decision was to automate the CAD-to-fabrication handoff instead of leaving it as manual re-drawing. A guided measurement tool with photo capture feeds an AI quoting app, which generates CAD automatically and passes clean data to production scheduling, an installer mobile app, and the customer portal, all wired into their existing ERP and CRM. Removing the manual redraw is what collapsed quote turnaround and cut defects.
The results
Quote turnaround dropped from about three days to the same day, quoting accuracy runs above 99%, fabrication defects fell by 35%, and the investment paid back in under four months. Scope, stated plainly: the integration was into FENIX's existing ERP and CRM. There is no LogiKal, Klaes, FeneVision or Soft Tech connector in this build and no named CNC postprocessor; if your quoting logic lives inside one of those suites, that connector is the first thing we would scope together.
