Industries

Every industry breaks in its own specific place. We build for that exact moment.

50+ delivered projects across 10 countries taught us where the breaking points are. Six sectors, documented: receipts where we have them, a straight answer where we do not.

The case file

Six chapters. Three name the client and the numbers. Three tell you what we would build and say plainly that we have not shipped it in that sector yet.

Manufacturing

Client proof

Three days later, the customer gets a number built on last year's scrap rate. The faster shop has already won the job.

Takeoff to CAD to quote. Three days, redrawn twice. Measurement to CAD to fabrication. The same inquiry, the same day.

FENIX TEAM PLAST ran exactly that loop. We automated the path from site measurement to CAD to fabrication, and the same inquiry now gets its number the same day.

E-Commerce

Client proof

Your team describes workarounds instead of features, and nobody can say which system holds the true stock number.

Ten tools stitched together. None of them yours. One storefront: configurator, checkout, course portal. Live in two months.

Pakz Studio sells video training programs. We built their storefront from scratch instead of forcing it onto a template: configurator, secure checkout, course portal. Live in two months.

Government

Client proof

The design was locked months before the first sprint, by people who never watched anyone use the thing.

Design locked before anyone used it. Every discovery, a change request. EcoBikeNet: 15+ protected areas mapped along EuroVelo 11, shaped with the people using it.

EcoBikeNet went the other way: an EU co-financed app built for the Provincial Secretariat for Urban Planning, across an engagement that ran more than two years.

Three of these industries we have shipped in. Three we have prepared for. You deserve to know which is which before you call.

Healthcare

Capability

The thresholds fire on every reading. Your clinicians stop reading the queue, and the one real deterioration slips through.

Static thresholds fire on every reading. Nobody reads the queue. What we would build: alerts ranked by trend, so the real deterioration is the one on top.

We have not shipped for a hospital yet, and this page says so out loud. What we bring is the groundwork: HIPAA, GDPR and EHDS mapped before the first sprint, and FHIR treated as a first class feature.

Regulatory groundwork HIPAA, GDPR, EHDS
Interoperability FHIR and EHR integration

A different regulator. The same duty of care.

Fintech

Capability

Nothing fails loudly. It surfaces weeks later as a reconciliation break, after real money has moved through the defect.

A rounding defect that surfaces weeks later, after real money moved through it. What we would build: a double-entry ledger that must reconcile to zero, every time.

We have not run a ledger for a bank, and we will not pretend otherwise. We treat money the way we treat records: it must reconcile to zero, every time.

The honest position

Regulatory groundwork PSD2 SCA, DORA, AML
Core discipline double entry, reconciled to zero

The money clears. Now the goods have to move.

Logistics

Capability

A control tower fed fifteen minute batch extracts is not a visibility platform. It is a slower report.

One bad field stops being a validation error and starts being dwell time. What we would build: reconciliation before submission, so the reject never reaches the border.

No TMS, no forwarder, no 3PL on the client list yet, and we say that out loud. For FENIX we walked one order record cleanly from inquiry to installation. A shipment is the same problem with more borders.

The honest position

Regulatory groundwork ICS2, customs filing
Core discipline one record, inquiry to handover
