The challenge
The firm needed to cut the hours behind every bid, auto-summarize meetings, produce on-brand deliverables, and centralize firm knowledge, all while meeting enterprise security requirements.
Our approach
We shipped a complete AI RFP system in six weeks. A knowledge base and RFP parser feed a bid builder, an AI meeting scribe captures decisions, and a deliverable generator applies brand templates. SSO and an admin console were built in from the start so the system could clear the firm enterprise-security bar rather than bolt it on later.
The results
Bid preparation fell from about 18 hours to 6, rework dropped by roughly a third, and the firm win rate improved by 14 points.
